The Norfolk Hotel opened for business on Christmas Day, 1904. I found the atmosphere of the past quite intact, particularly in the reserved yet attentive attitude of the staff.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellations or reduction in numbers, the following percentages of total bed night costs will be charged:

a) between 35 - 20 days from date of accommodation: 10%
b) between 19 - 10 days from date of accommodation: 25%
c) between 9 - 2 days from date of accommodation: 35%
d) within 48 hours of date of accommodation: 100%
(Transport cost, if applicable will also be charged for cancellation within 48 hours).
