A bear theme is developing at Elma's RV Park and, in the near future, a 3-tiered bear fountain will be added to the current bear family, which includes a tall carved bear adorned in the fashions of the season.

elma_park_julie_people.jpg A cross-roads rest stop that's popular with seniors, the campsites are shaded with mature birch, maple, corkscrew, willow, pine and other evergreens. The grounds, thanks to the manager's personal love of flowers, are colored with seasonal blossoms.

The comfy clubhouse is a place to meet over coffee and cookies, grab a book from the library, watch TV with friends, play games, prepare meals for group gatherings and (with the handy modem hook-up) pick-up email if you travel with your laptop.
The community firepit, conviently located next to the washrooms, is perfect for family get-togethers.

elma_town2.jpg There are plenty of activities on or nearby for the active camper such as volleyball, badminton, fishing, hiking, bowling, water sports and a golf course. Saturday night is Bingo night in town.
Onsite amenities include a Laundromat, showers, a telephone, pop machine, picnic tables, a propane station and a dump station.
Off-site amenities include a grocery store, a casino, antique shops, restaurants and the fair grounds, where events such as motor car racing take place.
