Nairobi

Nairobi is the capital city of Kenya and where most tours of the country begin. It is a dusty bustling city that hints at being prosperous and elegant in the past. As many countries in the world today, due to economic depression, most sidewalks are in need of repair, the doorways to businesses are downtrodden and the buildings could use a facelift. A major means of support has come from visitors to the Kenya. The bombing downtown put the city on the list of places not to go, however, the bombing was an isolated incident and it wasn't directed at the people of Nairobi. Nairobi people are warm and friendly and tourism is on the upswing again.
