Crescent City
Crescent City is a small city with less than 5000 residents. It skirts a crescent-shaped beach along the Pacific Ocean on Highway 101 in the northwest corner of California. Most of the visitors who come to the city come to see the Redwood National Forest. An information center for the park is located here, as well as in Hiouchi and Orick. These centers offer exhibits and interpretive publications about the
park, its trees, coastline and related topics.
