Safari Tales
There are dozens of tour operators offering safaris in Africa and most offer the same itinerary. The differences are not so much the lodges or the parks you visit. The differences are in
the extras, such as how many people in a van during
game watches, what type of van, how long do you stay and how often do you go. Is there a
professional guide on board or is the driver also the guide? What is the length of time spent at
craft shops? How do you get from one resort to another and what arrangements are made for
pickup and transfers from and to the airport? Is bottled water included on the game watches or is
it extra. Is wine included in some meals?
