Barbados weather is warm and sunny year round. Welcoming tradewinds keep temperatures from rising uncomfortably high during the day. These same tradewinds keep nights cool.

Showers, which are sudden and short, can appear anytime between July and December. Hurricane season runs June to October, however, hurricanes usually bypass Barbados, as the island is away from the main group of islands.

Be sure to use caution when swimming and remember to use sunblock and a hat when outdoors.
