Thailand Weather
Bangkok Travel Tip
The climate in Bangkok is typical to the tropics, very hot and very humid. And during the rainy
season between May and October, sudden showers, along with claps of thunder and lightening
flashes, appear out of the blue.
And since it's over just as quickly as it starts, it's not unusual to
find people huddled under awnings waiting for it to end.
The city can experience hot spells up to
a 100 degrees Fahrenheit from February to May. Bangkok is at its freshest just after the rainy
season.
The rest of Thailand is much the same, except that as you get closer to the jungle the rivers are misty and mysterious.
